Why Not to Join Pokhara University

 Pokhara University should remove eight years barriers.  Conduct the exam at every six month for the student who didn't complete the exam in eight years. This is what others university around the world does.

Dedicated to all the students who are the victim of Pokhara University rules that “ engineering have to be completed in eight years of time”.  Students who lost their Money, efforts and precious eight years of time.
=====================================================================================
I also call all students who are victims of Pokhara University rules that engineering have to be completed in eight years of time to voice against these rules. This helps not only to us but also prevents the next generation from getting victimized. These are the rules found nowhere in the world not even in Tribhuwan University and Purba-anchal university. Till date 15000 students has been victimized.

=====================================================================================

Here we are talking about the students who failed despite their hard effort not about the student who doesn't make an effort to pass.

Why does an average student fail in the exam despite the hard effort they make to pass the exam?
1. They don't have sufficient study materials (like books, guess pager, question banks) easily available according to syllables.
2. Besides college, they don't have easily available tuition center according to the syllable.
3. They don't have the teachers to clear their confusion and doubts about the course.

Provide students sufficient study material, easily available tuition center, teacher to guide them on their respective course. They may not be able to pass in first attempt but definitely in second or third attempt.

=====================================================================================
1. What is the job of the University and its affiliated collage?
To educate the student and make them qualified.
2. Does the barrier system like engineering have to be completed in eight years of time make them qualified People?
No, it is better to provide study materials, easily available tuition center, teachers to clear the confusion and doubts of students to educate the students then to keep the barrier system.

Pass out Rate of Pokhara University and estimated no of students life Ruined.

Pass out rate of Pokhara university is 25 percent which means out of 50 students only 11 students make their future and 39 students loss their precious time(4 to 8 years) of their productive life forget about the money and effort. In this competitive era where pass out rate of the university is near to 100 percent, pass out rate of Pokhara University is 25 percent. Just imagine how many students future has it damages from its establishment with the pass out rate of 25 percent.
Rough calculation:
No of student enrolled per year: 1000
Total no of students in 20 years: 1000*20= 20000 (As its establishment year is 1998 AD somewhere)
Pass out rate of Pokhara University: 25 % this is the maximum pass out rate.
No of students who make their future by enrolling this university: 25% of 20,000= 5,000.
No of students who lost their (4 to 8) years of precious life: 75% of 20,000= 15000

Don't you think this university should be closed for In every 100 students the university is damaging the future of 75 students to make the future of 25 students.

Pokhara University boasts on the facts that they have barrier system.
1. Engineering students have to complete their engineering in eight years.
2. Subject barriers
2. Students can give eight different course exams at one time.

Is it a relevant thing? Does it really help to educate the student and make them qualified?

1. Engineering students have to complete their engineering in eight years.
Provided that students have sufficient study materials, easily available tuition center for their back subject, and teacher to guide them during their confusion anyone can easily pass the exam in eight years. If they can't this means that study materials, easily available tuition center for their back subject, and teacher to guide them were not available. So Pokhara University and its affiliated colleges should focus of providing the environment where study materials, tuition center for their back subject, and teacher to guide them are easily available. What is the point of keeping the barrier system that students have to complete their engineering in eight years of time if they can pass if proper environment is available?

2. Another is they have the barrier system that they can give only eight course exam at one time.
Has this barrier system make good to the students? I mean has it optimally motivated the students to utilize their efficiency. My point here is there can be capable students who can pass the more than eight courses in one exam and the rules are restricting it. The students who are not capable they will choose the number of course they can give in one exam.

Pokhara University and its affiliated collages should boast on the fact that they have high pass out rate because they provide the proper environment where they can develop the capable students not on the fact that they have the barrier system that engineering students have to complete their engineering in eight years.

=====================================================================================
Compared to Tribhuwan University and Purbanchal University, Pokhara University
1. don't have easily available study materials like books according to syllables of Pokhara University.
2. Tuition center are not easily available who can teach according the syllable of Pokhara University.
3. Guess papers and question banks are easily available in the market according to the syllable of Pokhara University.

I suggest Pokhara University to remove the barrier of completing the engineering in eight years and focus on making study resources easily available to the students.
If I have to list my suggestion in points I will say
1. Allowed students to complete the engineering in more than eight years of time.
2. given the chance to students to given exam in as many course as he can per exam.
3. Remove the subject barrier.
4. Students who are not able to complete engineering in eight years of time, make the provision for them that they can give their back papers exam in every six month.

Question of Concern:
=====================================================================================

3. Students should understand the rules and regulation of the university before they get enrolled into it. if they can't adhere with the rules and regulation of the University they should not be enrolled.
Estimated age of the students who get enrolled in the engineering is around 17- 22. Do you think the young age students of those age range will be able to understand the consequence of such a vague rules and regulation?  Don't you think it the responsibility of the University and affiliated collages to make them understand about it.

=====================================================================================

4. Why couldn't the hardworking engineering students complete the engineering in eight years of time?  Is it relevant to keep eight years barriers?

1. Study materials like books, guess peppers and question banks according to syllables were not easily available in the market.
2. Proper tuition center who teaches according to syllables were not easily available.
3. No teacher was available to guide me to clear my confusion and doubts on subject matters.
4. I had to cope up with financial burden due to financial problems in the family.
5. Went through an accident, sickness or suffered from diseases which took long time to recover.
6. Mentally distracted do to the loss of my family members who were near and dear to me.
7. Unavailability of proper resources on time makes me dull to understand the things that I am reading.

To the reason like this it is not relevant to keep the barrier of completing the engineering in eight years of time. It is relevant only to the student who doesn't study, and those who are not interested will leave the college in first or second years of their college life. So to conclude, I would say it is not a good choice for the university to keep the barrier of eight years.
